At last, I have a set of pans which I can recommend to everyone. They are big enough to cook for a party of, say, 6, but not too big that they wont fit om the hobs four at a time. The makers claim that they are non-stick is entirely justified, and I have no hesitation in passing on my recommendation.

I spent quite some time looking for the ideal pan set to replace my 20 years old Prestige Lifetime which have now gone on to provide continued service with my mother-in-law! Eventually I plumped for the Anolon Raymond Blanc (I also considered the Circulon Infinite, Circulon Elite, the top Tefal and looked at just about every other pan to some degree). I usually shy away from 'celebrity' endorsed stuff but I'm very glad I put aside my reservations in this case. The pans are of excellent quality, cook evenly and clean easily - there's just no need to put them in a dishwasher. What I like particularly is the deep side to each pan which gives greater capacity and also avoids spills. Highly recommended.
